There's only one possible way to start this blog off right, with the most undeniably annoying jerk to invade your eardrums. The man Deadspin affectionately refers to as Shrutebag, former (self proclaimed) 'Portland Media Icon' and all-around clown, Colin Cowherd.
Every morning my sleep is interrupted by my radio alarm and this wind bag (actually preceded by the nearly as unlikeable Mike and Mike). So EOH salutes you Shrutebag, you disrupt my sleep and start my day off with a shiver. For that you are our inaugural hate.

He's like the Joseph Goebbels of sports media. All propaghanda and Schtick. I'd rather listen to Bill Simmons pronounce all his O's as R's for 13 hours straight than listen to the inane dribble of "Portland's Media Icon". Instead of listening to 1080 in the morning, I have now switched to AM 1520 (quinze-vente!!! the all spanish station) or 89.9 for their classical delightfulness.... Point is. I'd rather chop off my ears with a bandsaw than listen to this cunt of a man anymore than I have to. Off with his head!!!
